It depends – it takes quite a while to create these videos: first there is a picture shooting, then there is the AI animation to be done. We will strive to post frequently new content, but we cannot promise this. At least there will be one new video per month. In the future, we aim at creting at least one new video per week (from January 2027 onwards).

Most of the time, playback problems are a consequence of a slow internet connection or misplaced traffic. To access the site at full capacity, make sure that you don’t have any active downloads, untended browser tabs, or that you aren’t using a shared or public network. If that fails, I suggest restarting your machine or trying a different browser.

Just scroll to the bottom of any page on the site, click on Technical Support, enter your email, describe your issue, and click Submit. You’ll hear back from us and our technical team as soon as possible.
